This course is perfect for parents expecting a baby between January and March 2027.
Our comprehensive antenatal course prepares you and your birth partner for pregnancy, labour, birth and early parenthood in a relaxed and supportive environment.
We’ve found the perfect cosy venue with amazing food and drink that can be purchased during the sessions if you would like to.
We will have some tasty cakes and pastries included on the Sunday session.

Not only is our course FEDANT accredited, evidence based and full of practical knowledge and emotional support - we are also so passionate that we create a village for every parent. That is why our contact doesn’t end when the 4 weeks is over.
Everyone who books onto our course becomes part of the Calm & Kin community. We are so passionate about continuity of care and also building friendships that grow from pregnancy into postpartum and beyond.
